Quality management of sensors
● Our company promises to warranty the products with quality problems within the warranty period, and we will be responsible for free replacement if the sensor failure is confirmed to be caused by quality problems and the sensor is indeed within the warranty period.
● According to the industry standard and practice, all products sold by our company have a warranty period of 12 months. Except for special agreement and other negotiated cases.
● We will not be responsible for any defective products caused by improper use by customers.
● We will not return or exchange the sensor if it has been damaged by human, including the sensor body, anti-counterfeit label, signal foot, etc.
● If the product is not sold by our company, we will return it to the customer directly, and the postage cost will be borne by the customer.
● Please pack the repaired products tightly in cartons to avoid damage during transportation.
● Please send a written report when you return the product for repair.
● We do not accept returns without any quality problems within the contract.
